If you are interested in hiring or letting one of our Church Halls then please contact Jill McCrory.
Many of the activities and groups that are part of our parish life, meet and use the halls. Some of the regular groups are:
Small Group Fellowship
A small Group Fellowship meets on Tuesday nights and Wednesday mornings once a fortnight for Bible study, prayer and a chance to meet together. The location varies but we usually meet in the Chanonry and also use Zoom for those unable to travel. Wednesdays we meet at 10:30 and on alternate weeks we meet on Tuesdays at 19:30.
At present we are using an online course on the Old Testament led by Professor Amy-Jill Levine. You can find more detail on her website here. Check our What’s On calendar for the next meeting. For more details contact our minister Fraser Penny.
Community Care Group for the fellowship and support.
The Community Care Group runs the Meeting Place on a Friday morning in the Duchess Anne. If you are in Dunkeld between 10am and 12noon on a Friday please drop in for coffee and a cake – you will be made very welcome. There is no set charge but people are asked just to put in a reasonable donation to cover the cost of their refreshments.
During June, July and August while the Art Exhibition is on, The Meeting Place moves to St Mary’s Church, Birnam.
Louise Luke coordinates a prayer list, taking request from people and regularly checking the prayer diary in the Cathedral. A list of people and events to pray for is then compiled and sent to anyone who would like to be part of this prayer network. Prayer requests can be sent to Louise at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to be part of this network, let her know and she will include you on the mailing list.
Please note only information that is agreed to be shared, is sent to the network. If you have any questions, please ask Louise.
